Just add a bottle of beer and butter (optional) for a wonderful loaf of savory bread! No kneading or rising time required! Soda can also be used in place of beer, making the flavor possibilities endless. All natural!

Recipe: Creamed Corn Bread
1 pkg. Beer Bread Mix, unprepared 15 oz. can creamed style corn 1/3 cup vegetable oil OR melted butter
-In a bowl, stir together Beer Bread Mix, creamed corn, and oil/melted butter just until mixed. -Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. -If desired, drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter. -Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 50 - 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Note: If a sweet cornbread is desired, add 1/4 cup sugar to the batter.

Recipe: Creamy Spinach Dip in Beer Bread Bowl
1 pkt. Dill Dip Mix or Garden Spinach Dip Mix, unprepared 1 cup real mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach - thawed, squeezed dry 8 oz. can water chestnuts - drained, chopped 1 pkg. Beer Bread Mix, prepared in a 9" round cake pan
Stir together Dill Dip Mix or Garden Spinach Dip Mix, mayo, sour cream or yogurt, spinach, and water chestnuts. Set aside. -After round loaf of Beer Bread has cooled, slice off the top and hollow out center. -Cut top and insides of bread into bite-size pieces; store in an airtight container until ready to serve. -Spoon prepared dip into bread bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve. -Serve bite-size bread pieces alongside bread bowl for dipping.
