Serve them for breakfast or dessert? Who cares when these fluffy buttermilk pancakes are loaded with mini chocolate chips and boast a hint of vanilla. Just add water!

Net Weight 11.2 oz. and yields approx. (14 - 16) 4" pancakes OR (12) 4" waffles.

Contains wheat, dairy, soy, egg. May contain tree nuts and/or peanuts.

(Pancake directions are on the package. For Waffles: Stir together 1 1/2 cups water, 2 Tbls. vegetable oil, and contents of package; do not over mix, batter will be lumpy. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto a lightly greased and preheated waffle iron. Cook until steaming stops, about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.)
