Product Description

Creamy, cheesy dip flavored with beer, onions, garlic and a hint of cayenne. Made with real cheddar cheese and beer! Serve it hot or cold. No MSG. Vegetarian.

Net Weight 1.5 oz. Yield: approx. 1 1/2 cups of dip.

Serve With: Rye Bagel Chips, Garlic Bagel Chips, "Everything" Pretzel Crisps, Garlic Pretzel Crisps, Lightly Salted Pretzel Crisps, soft pretzels, potato chips, rye bread cubes.

Creamy Dip: Mix with 8 oz. softened cream cheese and 1/3 cup milk.
Beer Lover's Dip: Mix with 8 oz. softened cream cheese and 1/3 cup beer (we love it with Guinness).
Cheeseball/Spread: Mix with 8 oz. softened cream cheese and 2 Tbls. milk. If desired, roll into a ball and chill until firm.
Warm Dip/Fondue: Prepare as directed for Cheeseball/Spread (above). Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, then microwave an additional 30-60 seconds, until hot.

The side dish made for a man! Tangy cheddar cheese, beer, onion, and cayenne pepper in a creamy sauce perfect for pasta.

16 oz. box elbow macaroni
1 pkt. Cheddar Beer Dip & Cheeseball Mix, prepared as directed for spread

~ In a 6-quart pot, boil macaroni in water as directed on the package.
~ Drain water from pan and return to low heat.
~ Stir prepared Cheddar Beer Spread into macaroni until all of the pasta is coated.

Nothin' says white trash like Spam, beer, butter, and cheese! Regardless of your income and living arrangements, you'll love this quick and easy meal. Don't worry, we won't tell!

8 oz. box pasta (spiral rotini, bow-ties, elbow macaroni, whatever is on sale)
12 oz. can Spam, diced
2 ribs celery, diced
1 Tbls. butter or margarine
1 pkt. Cheddar Beer Dip & Cheeseball Mix, prepared as directed for spread

~ In a 2-quart pot, boil pasta in water as directed on the package.
~ In the meantime, brown Spam and celery in butter/margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
~ Drain water from cooked pasta, return to low heat, stir in browned Spam, celery, and prepared Cheddar Beer Spread.

Notes: This meal is so much better when you prepare it wearing a stained A-Shirt (a.k.a Wife Beater).

Recipe: Cheddar Bacon Horseradish Cheese Ball
Sweet tomato and tangy horseradish in a cheddar cheese cheeseball, coated with bacon and chives. Does it get any better than this?! Serve with wheat crackers for spreading.

1 pkt. Tomato Horseradish Dip Mix, unprepared
1 pkt. Cheddar Beer Dip & Cheeseball Mix unprepared
(2) 8 oz. blocks softened cream cheese
1/2 cup milk OR 1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup bacon crumbles (fried, crumbled bacon)
2 Tbls. fresh or dried chives

~ With an electric mixer on low speed, beat together dip mixes, cream cheese, and milk/sour cream; roll into a ball, chill until needed.
~ Mix together bacon and chives; spread evenly onto a large plate or a sheet of waxed paper.
~ Roll cheeseball in bacon/chive mixture to coat entire ball.
~ Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
