Spread:
Mix with 8 oz. softened cream cheese and a 6 oz. can of crab meat, tiny shrimp,
or chicken.
Warm Dip/Fondue: Prepare as directed for Spread (above).
Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, then microwave an additional 30-60 seconds,
until hot.

Recipe: Crab Rangoons
Crisp wontons filled with creamy crab, onions, peppers, and cheese.
1 pkt. New
England Crab Dip & Spread Mix, prepared as directed for spread
12 oz. package won-ton wrappers
1 egg - beaten
-Place a scant Tablespoonful of New England Crab Spread onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
-Brush egg on the edges of the wrappers, fold over in a triangle shape, and seal edges.
-Place filled rangoons in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
-Freeze rangoons completely (takes approx. 1 hour).
-Deep-fry rangoons in 375 degree oil, turning once, until golden brown.
-Drain on cooling racks or brown paper bags.

Recipe: Quick Seafood Crescents
Warm, buttery crescent rolls filled with creamy, cheesy seafood mixture. Make it with crab or shrimp!
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 pkt.
New England Crab Dip
& Spread Mix prepared as directed for spread
-Separate dough at perforations and shape into triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise down middle to make a total of 16 triangles.
-Spread equal portions of New England Crab Spread onto each triangle.
-Loosely roll up each triangle and arrange on a greased cookie sheet, 2" apart.
-Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 - 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Note: To reheat, place in microwave for 20 - 25 seconds each piece. To freeze, prepare rolls and freeze before baking; thaw in refrigerator overnight, then bake as directed.

(2) 15 ct. boxes frozen phyllo shells
1 pkt.
New England Crab Dip
& Spread Mix, prepared as directed for spread
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
-Spoon approx. 1 1/2 - 2 tsp. New England Crab Spread into the palm of your hand; roll into a ball; place into a phyllo shell; repeat until all shells are filled.
-Sprinkle parmesan over each stuffed
fillo shell.
-Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
