Creamy Dip: Mix with 8 oz. softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup sour
cream or milk.
Cheeseball/Spread: Mix with 8 oz. softened cream cheese
and 2 Tbls. real mayonnaise, sour cream, or milk. If desired, roll into a ball and chill until firm.
Warm Dip: Prepare as directed for Cheeseball/Spread (above). Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, then microwave an additional 30-60 seconds, until hot.
Suggested Additions: 1 can of drained, chopped artichoke hearts.

Recipe: Artichoke Chicken Pasta Salad
Roasted chicken, artichokes, and tomatoes in a creamy Parmesan Artichoke
dressing. Serve atop a bed of Romaine lettuce or even in a pita.

Parmesan Spinach
Artichoke Dip Mix, unprepared
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup real mayonnaise
1 Tbls. red wine vinegar OR apple cider vinegar OR white distilled vinegar
3 cups cooked bow-tie pasta
1 cup coarsely chopped roasted chicken
1 cup coarsely chopped marinated artichokes
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
~ Stir together ...Artichoke Dip Mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, and vinegar; set
aside.
~ In a medium-sized serving bowl, toss together pasta, chicken,
artichokes, and tomatoes; stir in Artichoke dressing.
~ Chill until ready to serve.

Bubbly Parmesan Spinach Artichoke Dip in a Beer Bread Bowl
Cheesy artichoke dip in a savory bread bowl. Serve straight from the broiler
for a bubbly, hot dipping sensation!

Parmesan Spinach
Artichoke Dip Mix, prepared as directed on package for dip
1 cup coarsely chopped marinated artichokes
1 pkg.
Beer Bread Mix, prepared in a 9" round cake pan
Parmesan cheese shavings, for garnish, optional
~ Stir together
...Artichoke Dip and artichokes; set aside.
~ After round loaf of Beer Bread has cooled, slice off the top and hollow out center.
~ Cut top and insides of bread into bite-size pieces; store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
~ Spoon prepared dip into bread bowl; place bread bowl on a baking sheet;
bake in a 350 degree oven until center of sip is hot, approx. 30 minutes.
~ Top dip with parmesan cheese shavings; broil for 2-5 minutes, or until cheese
has melted and browned a bit.
~ Serve hot dip with bite-size bread pieces alongside bread bowl for dipping.
