Product Description

Tomatillos and flame roasted green chiles are the base for this great salsa. Sure to please the palate of all ranges of salsa lovers. This medium version is made with a bunch of jalapenos.

Recipe: Hot Chili Cheese Dip

1 cup (1/2 jar) salsa
8 oz. block cream cheese
15 oz. can chili without beans

-Place all ingredients in a crock pot or microwave-safe bowl.
-If using a crock pot, set on high. Heat, stirring often, until cream cheese has melted.
-If microwaving, cook on 100% power for 60 seconds, stir, repeat until cream cheese has melted.
-Serve with tortilla or corn chips for dipping.

Recipe: 6 Layer Mexican Party Dip

15 oz. can refried beans
1 pkt. Cilantro Lime Guacamole Dip Mix, prepared as directed on packet
1 pkt. Southwest Chipotle Dip Mix, prepared as directed on packet for dip
4.25 oz. can chopped black olives - drained
2 cups (1 jar) salsa
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Layer all ingredients on a large serving plate or baking sheet as follows:
Layer 1. Refried Beans
Layer 2. Prepared Cilantro Lime Guacamole Dip
Layer 3. Prepared Southwest Chipotle Dip
Layer 4. Black Olives
Layer 5. Salsa
Layer 6. Cheese
Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips for dipping.
