Ingredients: tomatoes, apricot nectar, peaches, onions, water, tomato paste, vinegar, green chilis, sugar, corn syrup, salt, natural flavor, dehydrated onions, garlic, jalapeno peppers, spices, garlic powder, onion powder.

Recipe: Peach Salsa Spread

8 oz. block cream cheese - softened
1/4 tsp. curry powder AND/OR ground ginger (optional)
1/4 tsp. ground jalapeno pepper (optional)
2 cups (1 jar) peach salsa

-With an electric mixer or food processor, blend together cream cheese and spices.
-Add salsa. If using an electric mixer, beat only until blended. If using a food processor, pulse 2-4 times, just to incorperate, but not to puree.
-Best if chilled 1 hour before serving.
-Spread over crackers, or bring to room temperature and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
